With meticulous attention to detail, we designed our villa to blend contemporary architecture with warm, natural materials such as wood, cut stone, travertine, and Balinese-style pool tiles.

The room

Spacious and bathed in light, your upstairs room welcomes you into a peaceful and elegant atmosphere.

A large bay window opens onto your private terrace, offering unobstructed views of the pool and landscaped garden, which you can fully enjoy throughout your stay.

The shower room and separate toilet, adjoining the room, guarantee your comfort and privacy.

To preserve the tranquility and exclusivity of your stay, we only accommodate two guests at a time.

If you are traveling as two couples, with close friends or family, a second room can be made available upon request, at the same rate. In this case, the shower room and toilet will be shared between both rooms. Feel free to contact us for more information.

Welcome to your haven of peace in Grau d'Agde

Our guests have been won over by the discreet charm and comfort of our villa. Here’s what they particularly enjoyed:

An idyllic and relaxing setting

Guaranteed relaxation in a Balinese-style pool, heated during the early and late season, surrounded by an exotic-looking garden. The peacefulness of the room, its private terrace, and the serene atmosphere of the property invite you to unwind. The private, secure parking on-site allows you to leave your car safely, even for the whole day – ideal for setting off on foot to explore the surroundings.

Freedom and comfort every day

Breakfast is served by the pool between 8:30 and 10:00 am, the perfect way to start the day. Bath towels (for the pool) and bathroom towels are provided. Air conditioning is available at night depending on the weather. A refrigerated area and a Nespresso coffee machine are available for added convenience.

An ideal location

Within immediate reach: unspoiled natural beaches, a golf course, the village and its two lighthouses, restaurants, summer beach bars, and a fine-dining restaurant open during the season – plenty of options for gourmet delights. The large summer markets, both day and night, offer a full immersion in local life. A pétanque court facing the sea, freely accessible, delights fans of traditional games.

Entertainment for every taste

Concerts on a floating stage, Languedoc jousting, dance evenings, fireworks, stuffed mussel championships, boat shows, Vinocap wine festival, guided tours and events at Château Laurens, the fish auction house…

And two highly anticipated events:

– The national Deuch’ (2CV) gathering, with more than 3,000 vintage Citroën cars, live shows, concerts, and originality contests

– The classic car rally, attracting enthusiasts and the curious alike in a retro and festive atmosphere.

On some summer days, even the Patrouille de France puts on a breathtaking show in the sky.

– Sète (Georges Brassens' hometown, with its canals, fishing and commercial port, and the magnificent panorama of Mont Saint-Clair)

– Béziers and its majestic cathedral overlooking the Orb River, its listed botanical garden, and its remarkable historic center

– Marseillan and its charming little port

– Bouzigues and its legendary oysters from the Thau Lagoon

– Minerve (a medieval village listed among the Most Beautiful Villages of France)

– Roquebrun and its canoeing

– Olargues (a remarkable medieval village in the heart of the Hauts Cantons)

– Valmagne Abbey (remarkable A 12th-century Cistercian abbey, famous for its cloister and medieval garden

- The Canal du Midi and its legendary 9 Locks of Fonseranes (a masterpiece of hydraulic engineering, an impressive UNESCO World Heritage Site)
